Online Notarizations

• 1 notarization: $50

• 2-4 notarizations: $75

• Full real estate closing: $150

In-Person Notarizations

• Per notification: $10 + travel fee *

• Full real estate closing: $150 + travel fee *

Payments are accepted by electronic check or digital payment such as Venmo or Paypal.

NotarizeDocs.com accepts several official forms of identification, including:

• State-issued driver's license or identification card

• U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State

• U.S. military ID

• State, county and local government IDs

• Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services*

• Foreign passport*

• Driver's license officially issued in Mexico or Canada*

• Digital driver's license*

• ID deemed acceptable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security*

• Inmate ID issued by the State Department of Corrections or Federal Bureau of Prisons, if the inmate is in state or federal custody*

• Inmate ID issued by a county sheriff, if the inmate is in the custody of the county sheriff* *Only in some states.

The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner. Depending on the number of signatures, the average single notarization can take approximately 15 minutes and appointments are available seven days a week at your convenience.
